2MCE offers practical training in the areas of radio presentation, panel operation and production processes.Training is available to all 2MCE subscribers.
Areas covered include:
- Community broadcasting principles & practice
- Working at 2MCE
- Basic studio operation
- Presentation
- Interviewing
- Digital production
- Writing for radio
Training sessions will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to present a radio program for 2MCE or to produce content items for radio broadcast. All subscribers who complete the training program are eligible to submit a program proposal form to the programming committee.Skills update training is offered to experienced presenters on an ongoing basis and session times for these are advised throughout the year.
